Are you a freelance yoga/dance teacher looking for a yoga/dance studio to conduct private or group classes on weekday afternoons?
Yoga Vihara is located in the Tanjong Pagar/Outram area, on the 2nd floor of a quaint shophouse, along Yan Kit Road.
We are a 5 to 7 minutes' walk away from either Tanjong Pagar MRT (EW15) or Outram Park MRT (NE3) stations.
Complimentary parking at our porch (limited!) and paid street parking are available.
Studio description
Floor size - 6m by 11m, able to accommodate 14 yoga mats very comfortably or up to 20 mats in a tighter arrangement.
Yoga mats are provided.
Wood laminate flooring.
Mirrors - Full-length mirrors along the longer side of the wall.
Ventilation - 2 air conditioner units. Fans also available.
Music - Hi-fi system with amplifier and speakers. Connection jack is available for ipods or MP3 players.
Lockers - Open shelving available within studio for students to place their belongings.
Other facilities - Toilet is available but no shower facilities. Changing faciltiies and cold/hot water dispenser are available.

Big Studio Off-peak Rental rates:
- Weekdays 12.30pm to 5pm - $25/hr

Payment must be made in advance in order to secure the timeslot.
* Note: Shoes will not be allowed to be worn in the studio for hygiene reasons. Only soft-soled (ballet) dance shoes are allowed.
